Teen Patient, accompanied by mother, complaining of "stomach pain":

Teen: "What do you mean, a baby? How did it get IN there?? Momma, what are they doing to me?"

MD: "The head is crowning, Diana call OB again..."

Teen's mother: Falls faint on the floor.
